Establishment of the European Historic Cafés Association in Chania of Crete. The historic Café “Kipos” founding member and place of inspiration of the idea of the creation of the Association by its host Mr. Vassilis Stathakis, “hosts” the project discussions and the formal event of the establishment of EHICA.
