“The historical cafes of Europe not only are the living history of the everyday culture, and the broader cultural heritage of each country. Then, as for the exchange of information and values not interposed technology, made up of micro-society link with the outside world and vice versa. They know the contribution of these sites to the spirit, art, and politics. Besides many cafes in Europe “housing” worries, concerns, and courageous decisions of resisting the dictatorship Greek fighters. 

Today besides the huge implicit historical value bearing they are -You could say – the antidote to the impersonal, distorted and dry mode of communication, the people fermentation and connection. 

It is admirable the effort in and an honor for all of us to be a small part of this attempt.“
